I once opened the kiln to find that one side of this vase had cracked while the other remained untouched. In that moment, I realized how much it resembled me — and so many other women.

We show the side of ourselves that feels polished and presentable, while quietly carrying another side — marked with cracks, wrinkles, scars, and traces of living. Far from being flaws, these marks are the heart of who we are.
This hand-built sculptural ceramic vase is part of the "Beautifully Imperfect" series, which honors women's natural beauty in its truest form — not as an unattainable ideal, but as something real, shaped by life itself.
