Shipping

All items are in stock and will be shipped unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.

For special shipping requests, please contact me in advance to confirm product availability and discuss shipping arrangements.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available by appointment in my studio in Cambrian Park, San Jose, CA

Please contact me to arrange a pick up.

Packaging

Each ceramic piece is individually wrapped in new paper to ensure safe delivery. To minimize environmental impact, boxes and protective materials are reused whenever possible.

If you would prefer entirely new packaging, please let me know—I will be glad to provide it at no additional cost.

Returns

I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, please contact me within 10 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original method of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, as well as ensuring the item is securely packaged for its return.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo of the damaged item. I will gladly replace the piece or issue a refund.
