An asymmetric form looks different from every side, and this vase changes as you walk around it. It's built by hand in beige high-fire stoneware, and the tilt is intentional. It's what gives the piece its movement.
The outside is left unglazed, with a sand texture that picks up the light differently through the day. The inside is glazed in bronze, so it can hold water and fresh stems, but it's just as complete empty.
